"'Me first, my company perhaps later’. That seems to be the recent trend in the way people are approaching the job market.
So, if you are cruising through LinkedIn, or checking through resumes to find a good candidate, you will notice that people are putting emphasis on their skills and experience, and not on the organizations they have worked for.
What they can do, and not who they do it for, is what they value most.
There are many reasons for this change and they all are important if you are in the business of finding top talent.
