Sonia holds a Bachelor of Science from McGill University, an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Certificate in Circular Economy from Cambridge University. She has a rich, multidisciplinary background. She first worked for multinationals, holding a variety of positions in quality assurance, R&D, sales and project management. This diversity of experience enabled her to develop a global vision of organizational dynamics.
She then turned to consulting, first as an organizational health consultant and leadership trainer, before specializing, for the past 15 years, in strategic business coaching. She is particularly involved in organizational diagnostics and strategic planning.
Driven by a deep respect for entrepreneurs and managers, she is recognized for the concrete impact of her interventions, which place both people and best practices at the heart of the process. Her approach is also resolutely educational: she is actively involved in knowledge transfer, with the aim of equipping her clients and empowering them in their strategic thinking.
Convinced that the success of a project or strategic plan depends above all on the quality of leadership and team synergy, she systematically integrates best practices in leadership and organizational collaboration into her mandates. In this way, we support managers in developing their mobilizing skills, fostering lasting alignment between strategic vision and collective action.
Drawing on a vast network of experts, she knows how to mobilize the right resources to deliver customized, sustainable and effective solutions. Curious by nature, she continuously nurtures her practice through ongoing training, keeping abreast of trends and innovations in her field.
