  • Be debriefed on their results and how to use them

  • Benefit from an individual coaching session with an executive coach

  • Improve their mentoring and coaching skills and be able to balance their professional and personal lives

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  1. You complete an online questionnaire on your leadership style (approx. 25 minutes)

  2. You then follow a webinar (90 minutes) to receive your leadership profile with its Personal Development Guide and understand how to interpret your results.

  3. You will follow a one-to-one coaching session with an executive coach to decide on the most relevant actions for your ongoing development.
