General certification (2 days) 

This program is for you if you specialize in talent management, for example, as a coach or trainer. You will need to have previously completed our general certification program. At the end of your Impact certification, you will be able to integrate the Impact of Leadership ™ and Impact of Management ™ profiles in your training and in your support programs for key talents. 

NB: Your certification will be completed when you have completed an intervention within six months of your program using one of the two Impact profiles.

• The place of Impact™ profiles in the diagnostic system of Human Synergistics™ 

• The structure of the Impact du Management™  profile

• Case studies with the Impact du Management™  profile

Day 2:

• The structure of the Leadership Impact™ profile 

• Case studies with the Leadership Impact™ profile 

• How to design and administer your programs Impact 

• How to finalize your accreditation
