General certification (2 days) 

This program is for you if you work in organizational development and design change management or culture change programs. You will be able to use the Organizational Culture Inventory™ (ICO) profile to conduct your surveys and pilot organizational transformation programs with your internal or external clients. 

NB: it is recommended to have previously followed the general accreditation of Human Synergistics to get the most out of this program.

• Organizational, constructive, aggressive and passive leadership styles 

Day 2: 

• The Organizational Culture Inventory (ICO™) 

• Organizational Culture Case Studies 

• How to design and conduct an organizational culture survey for maximum impact.
