PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Before the workshop, we meet with your team to decide on the 5 supervisory skills critical to your organization's success. Participants then receive a MEPS™ 360° questionnaire and complete it online. During the one-day workshop, participants complete several individual and group exercises to define and refine the five key competencies critical to their organization's success.

They receive the results of their MEPS™ 360° profile and plan development actions for the competencies identified as needing work at their own individual level. After the workshop, the team plans a set of shared actions for improving the competencies identified as priorities for the team as a whole.
